Raffaele Petruzzella
A native of Molfetta, Raffaele is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at Bellavista.
Raffaele studied at the Hotel School Maastricht and Bocconi University. After his graduation, he has spent several years working in Italian restaurants throughout Europe and the United States.
In search of adventure, he moved to Dubai in 2021 to work at La Strega, an authentic Italian restaurant at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa as Restaurant Manager.
Raffaele joined Bellavista in September 2023.

Alessandro Mirabelli
Hailing originally from Florence, Italy, Chef Alessandro is an accomplished Chef with over 15 years of experience, specialising in Italian cuisine.
Known for his innovative ideas, he has worked in several luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, consistently delivering tailored dining experiences.
With a wealth of experience and a traditional philosophy of using the freshest market-ready ingredients, Chef Alessandro now brings his Italian culinary passion to Bellavista.
